Learning how to deal with criticism is more about learning about our reaction to said criticism. It is important to consider our reactions.
In this video, we start to look at criticism through an avenue of emotional healing. Upon healing our response to criticism from other people we can start to let go of these reactions and learn from them. Once that is done we are able to see the person and their criticism for what it is, which is often a person in pain.
