You see, what people do is they tend to turn to things that modify them without dealing with the core of the issue.
Some people buy clothes in order to feel better about themselves, others work out quite hard core at the gym. I myself have personally lost hundreds of kilos trying to lose weight, only to put them back on again.
In my personal quest to use meditation and letting go as a technique in order to consciously become wiser in my eating habits, I came to a powerful realisation.
No matter what I was going to do, no matter how fit I got, no matter how strong I got at the gym or no matter how much weight I lost, I still was not going to be happy with my appearance.
I also had thinning hair that was staring at me everyday. Every time I looked in the mirror I felt ashamed. I stopped styling my hair, I stopped trying to look good and I also started to hurt myself with my own self talk.
But then I had a moment where something clicked in my head.
I needed to let go of something.
I needed to let go of my feelings towards what I looked like.
If I was unhappy with my body image, unhappy with my weight or unhappy with my thinning hair, I needed to let go around that topic.
One day, it came to me, the idea that I lead you through a brand new meditation, called the BODY IMAGE meditation.
I looked in the mirror, and started to let go. I let go of the stress of my thinning hair, let go of the what I think I should look like. I started to let go of all the negativity around how I looked.
Within a matter of minutes, a lot of what I spent the last couple years suffering with vanished. When I looked back in the mirror, what I saw was an adult. A strong, incredibly attractive adult. A person who was wise and also sexy.
Before, I felt somebody who didn’t look how they should. Somebody who was struggling every-time they looked in the mirror.
I’m not here today to tell you to stop exercising or working on your appearance. If you desire something, there is a reason for it. I am here today to say that we need to get happy about how you look NOW!
Before I discovered the process that I present in this meditation, I was afraid of even going clothes shopping because I thought that clothes looked better on other people than on myself. Now, I don’t care.
I tried to hide my thinning hair with hats or only being seen from particular angles in videos or photos. Now I know my thin hair is sort of cool, and I’ve changed how I style it. I do my hair now in ways I’ve always wanted to and it looks good.
When I look in the mirror, I see the person I was always meant to be, and ironically, the person I always was.
So, now it’s time for you to do the same. If you’ve read this far, I present to you now, the BODY IMAGE meditation.
What the body image meditation is, is a simple active meditation. That means when you do it, you do not close your eyes. You’re going to be standing in a mirror and listening to the audio. Through the audio, I’ll be personally leading you through and guiding you through the steps to let go of your negative reactions towards your appearance.
You will be asked to allow yourself to feel your reactions and then, I’ll be leading you through a practise that personally allowed me to have a better self understanding of my body image in a matter of moments.
You can also do this as many times as you want.
You see, it is my firm belief that we aren’t born with a negative body image. We either inherit it from others or we develop it because of some unresolved emotion. If you desire something, desire to be happy about your appearance and you are not 100% happy with it, you will get something out of this.
Once we let go of the negative feelings we have to our body, we leave space for something new to come. Something new like how we truly want to feel about ourselves. Something new like the self-image-confidence we were born to have.

Some people think that their body image is not very important of a topic. To me, it is just as important as anything. As humans we waste our energy ignoring our problems. We waste our energy thinking we should just be happy with something, not actually dealing with the root cause of the issue. I’ve found that even people who develop the body and image that they want, they hold on so tight to it that some actually push people away because of it.
If you look in the mirror and do not like what you see to the point of 100%, you run the risk of hurting yourself.
Some people think this kind of emotional pain is good. They think it motivates them. For some, it does. This meditation isn’t for everybody. Some people love and want the pain. They cannot see life ant other way. For others, maybe like you and I, we know the potential of life and know what it has to hold for us.
I developed this technology because I was trying to use letting go as a method to become healthier with my body. I wanted to lose weight, which you might see on my youtube channel videos about “Weight-Loss Through Meditation.” Now, I learned, that no matter what, I needed to be happy with my body. So, this is what happened.
