Another big realisation I’ve had about food recently is that I use food as a portal to feeling special.
On my pathway to creating the Weight-loss Via Meditation System (where we let go of our reactions to food to become more aligned to our desires with our food choices), I had this big realisation that I think is worth sharing.
That maybe you have some similarities, or some differences as well. One day, I realised, that I use food as a portal to feeling special. That having a little bit more here and there was how I felt good about myself. This is in no way wrong, but a relic of the past that no longer serves me.
Maybe you feel something similar to yourself as you hear my story.
