So there’s an interesting rule that I wanted to share in this video, that is a rule that you can apply to some negative emotions.
It’s one of those rules that, if you can get it, can help free you from a lot of intense fears.
The rule goes as follows:
It’s not that you were X, it’s that you weren’t X enough.
Insert some of your current moods.
It’s not that you were frustrated, it’s that you weren’t frustrated enough.
It’s not that you were sad, it’s that you weren’t sad enough.
It’s not that you were annoyed, it’s that you weren’t annoyed enough.
This way, we can let our deep subconscious mind run its course of emotions when we surrender to them, so we can be set free of whatever the hell is going on underneath.
